I have forgotten my user name and password, and I have switched e-mail addresses. What do I do?
If you previously signed up as a Job Search User under an e-mail address that you no longer have access to, please send us an e-mail to Admin.Jobs@SportsOneSource.com that includes your:

  • Name
  • New e-mail address
  • Previous e-mail address
  • Physical address including Street, State, and Zip
  • Phone number

Once this information is verified, we will update your records and e-mail your new user name and password.

How do I become a Job Search User?
To register as a Job Search User click on User Registration. There will be instructions on how to complete the registration process on each following page.

How long does it take to complete my registration?
You will be able to logon as a Job Search User immediately.

Do you sell my e-mail address?
We will never sell your e-mail address to a third party. See our Privacy Statement.

Do I need to register to search for a job?
Yes. You need to create a Job Search User account to search for jobs.

What is “Job Search ADMIN”?
Job Search ADMIN is your personalized information and criteria. It enables you to:

  • Post and edit your resume.
  • Search for jobs and create job search shortcuts.
  • Apply for jobs.
  • Register for E-Mail Job Alerts.
  • Subscribe/Unsubscribe to any services.

What do I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, click the link that reads “Forgot Password?” located next to the login button. Then follow the instructions on each subsequent page. Your password will be automatically sent to you via e-mail.

How do I change my e-mail address, profile and contact information, member name or password?
You can make updates and modifications to your user profile through “Job Search ADMIN”. Click the link “Change My User Profile” and you will be able to change all of your information and modify your settings.

Why must I provide my e-mail address?
All contact with you and potential employers is made via e-mail.

What is the purpose of the Resume Bank?
SportsJobSource.com’s Resume Bank is used by our job candidates to save their resumes. It is used by Employers to search for qualified candidates. There are two levels for your resume: Active and Inactive.

What Are Active Resumes?
A Resume marked "Active" will be viewable by our employer members when this service becomes active.

What Are Inactive Resumes?
When you get a job, you'll make your resume inactive. This will prevent you from being contacted by prospective employers.

How do I post my resume?
When you Join SportsJobSource.com, you’ll see a "Post Resume" link. There are step-by-step instructions for posting your resume on the form itself. Remember... Job Search Users can use SportsJobSource.com for FREE! If you are already a member, just login with your UserName and Password, then click the "Post Resume" link.

How long will my resume be posted?
Your resume will remain posted for 6 months or until you remove it. You may renew your resume posting at any time. If you do not renew, your resume will be deleted 6 months after it was posted. You will get an e-mail notice 10 days before your resume is deleted.

How do I respond to a job?
You can view the job details and respond by using the "Send My Resume" link at the bottom of a Job Listing. Your resume will be sent to the employer along with your contact information. Be sure to complete your User Profile if you only used the "Quick Register" form to start searching for jobs. This will provide employers with your full contact information. immediately. Here's how you can start searching for your new career today:

What are E-Mail Job Alerts?
You can create automatic Job Notification Agents that e-mail you when a job listing matches your criteria. Instructions on how to create Job Notification Agents and manage this function are on the Search Jobs page itself.
